What's important to us
Field to fork
Good quality meat is at the forefront of all of our dishes. Our farm is made up of rare breed cows, sheep and pigs, with the vision to create a field to fork business.
Our belted galloway cows, affectionately known as the oreo cow for their white stripe, are reared for their quality marbled beef. The beef has been hung for 30 days and is ready for your plates in the pub.
Supporting your Local
We're also big on 'Supporting your local.' We believe that by buying locally we can reduce our food miles and in turn reduce our carbon footprint. It also guarantees fresh produce that hasn't been frozen in transit.
Our veg and herbs come from Keythorpe Walled Gardens (pictured right), cheese from a farm in Sparkenhoe and eggs from Shangton!
We also hire locally with the majority of our staff living in the village or nearby. This means many of us have an easy commute by walking to work.
The Nevill Arms
Set in the picturesque village of Medbourne, in the heart of the beautiful Welland Valley, The Nevill Arms is an old stable yard and coaching inn bordering on Medbourne brook. The Nevill has ten boutique bedrooms, a stunning restaurant, welcoming bar and our brand new Josper Bar & Grill which is set back in its own private courtyard.
It was recently bought in 2021 by The Three Goat's Group and has undergone a major refurbishment whilst still keeping its original character.
